International Shipping: Customs & Duties

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange or return in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect or Defective Items: If the product differs from the description or is found to be defective, you may request a return within three (3) months of delivery, or within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible if:

  • The product is damaged or destroyed due to customer handling (except for opening the outer packaging to inspect the contents).
  • The product shows significant signs of use, resulting in a reduction in its resale value.
  • The product's value has diminished over time, making it difficult to resell.
  • The original packaging of a reproducible item (e.g., items with security seals) has been opened or damaged.
  • The product was custom-made or personalized specifically for your order, and you previously consented to a non-returnable policy.
  • The provision of digital content has already commenced.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (including size or color preferences), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to defective items or incorrect descriptions, toomuchtax will cover the shipping costs.
