Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange or return in the following cases:

Change of Mind: Within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Incorrect or Defective Items: If the product differs from the description or is found to be defective, you may request a return within three (3) months of delivery, or within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible if:

The product is damaged or destroyed due to customer handling (except for opening the outer packaging to inspect the contents).
The product shows significant signs of use, resulting in a reduction in its resale value.
The product's value has diminished over time, making it difficult to resell.
The original packaging of a reproducible item (e.g., items with security seals) has been opened or damaged.
The product was custom-made or personalized specifically for your order, and you previously consented to a non-returnable policy.
The provision of digital content has already commenced.

Return Shipping Fees

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (including size or color preferences), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
For returns due to defective items or incorrect descriptions, toomuchtax will cover the shipping costs.
