Order Processing
- Please note that certain products may require additional time for processing and delivery.
- Important: Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been fully cleared.

International Shipping: Customs & Duties
- Import Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Regulatory Control: Please be advised that toomuchtax has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Refusal of Delivery: If a recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
- Refund Deduction: In such cases, all related expenses (including round-trip shipping fees and customs clearance costs) will be deducted from the final refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange or return in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: If the product differs from the description or is found to be defective, you may request a return within three (3) months of delivery, or within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that returns or exchanges are not possible if:
- The product is damaged or destroyed due to customer handling (except for opening the outer packaging to inspect the contents).
- The product shows significant signs of use, resulting in a reduction in its resale value.
- The product's value has diminished over time, making it difficult to resell.
- The original packaging of a reproducible item (e.g., items with security seals) has been opened or damaged.
- The product was custom-made or personalized specifically for your order, and you previously consented to a non-returnable policy.
- The provision of digital content has already commenced.
Return Shipping Fees
- For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (including size or color preferences), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- For returns due to defective items or incorrect descriptions, toomuchtax will cover the shipping costs.
